We take the issue of personal data protection and confidentiality seriously. We comply with the relevant Czech and European legislation on personal data protection. We explain aspects of our personal data processing below.
Any natural person consenting to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Entity") is obliged to read the "Privacy Policy" (also referred to as the "Policy") and, if he does not understand anything, to contact our above contact data for explanation.

Method of personal data processing
Personal data is information on the basis of which it is possible to identify you - name, e-mail, postal address. Personal data means such data on the basis of which it is possible to identify you in connection with other available data - telephone number. BabyBeams does not collect your personal information unless you voluntarily provide such information. You can give your consent to the provision of personal data, for example by registering e-mail newsletters, participating in surveys, competitions, ordering goods or requests for information. You most often indicate your consent by checking the appropriate box with information on the processing of personal data. By expressing your consent, you give the administrator consent to the processing of personal data to the extent given by the specific case in accordance with these principles and conditions stated here. If you request a specific service or the legal title of processing is provided by law (for example, tax regulations), we will inform you about the method of processing for specific purposes. If we do not need any of the data, we will dispose of it safely immediately.
The purpose of personal data processing is the purpose stated in the specific case. In particular, it is about ensuring that your questions are answered, that your requirements are met, or that we inform you about the results of the competition. It also includes offering products and services, providing information about products or advertising campaigns and sending invitations to events, competitions, news information - all by mail, electronically or in person. The consent may also include the sending of commercial communications by electronic means in the sense of Act No. 480/2004 Coll.
If the legal title of the processing is your consent, then you are not obliged to grant it. Consent is always completely voluntary. If you give your consent, you have the rights under the relevant legislation (see articles below).
BabyBeams is committed and warranted that it will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. We must provide the data to a third party if we are required to do so by law, or in response to enforceable requests from government agencies.
BabyBeams will not use the information you provide to make decisions that are based on automated processing and have legal effects or otherwise significantly affect you.
For individual purposes, the processing conditions are as follows:
Contact form, inquiry
The scope for this purpose is only your name and surname, gender and e-mail address, the subject of the inquiry and the specific message or attachment to the message. If necessary for your inquiry, you can also enter a telephone number, address or additional address and date of birth. We will only use this information to process your query.
We will use this personal data for the necessary time to process your inquiry and 14 days thereafter due to any subsequent inquiry.
The legal title of the processing is your request to process the query.
In exceptional cases, your complaints or exercise of rights are kept longer due to possible control by the supervisory authority. When we do this, we always try to minimize the scope with regard to the fulfillment of a specific legal obligation.
Newsletter
The newsletter contains information about offers, news and other events of the babybeams.cz online store. Through the newsletter, we send personalized advertising for products and services, or offers to participate in campaigns, such as consumer competitions or product testing. Commercial communications are sent by electronic means.
The scope of the processed data in this case is mainly the e-mail address, and if you provide us with the information, then also the name, surname, gender, telephone number and contact address.
By subscribing to the newsletter, you declare that you agree to evaluate your behavior on our website in order to compile personalized offers so that we can compile personalized content for you according to your interests, requirements and include you in the marketing database for direct marketing.
In this case, personal data is processed indefinitely, but not longer than you withdraw your consent. The legal title of the processing is consent, the processing does not exceed the duration of the purpose.
If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. A link to unsubscribe from the newsletter is provided at the bottom of each newsletter. You will then be taken through the unsubscribe process, or send us a revocation of your consent to receive the newsletter by e-mail.
Consumer competitions
If you participate in any of our competitions or marketing events, you give us your consent to the use of the data you provide as follows.
We will use the data provided by you, which may be mainly the name, surname and possibly other data resulting from the rules of the given competition and the registration form for the competition, for the purpose of a marketing event according to its rules. This includes in particular the following processing operations: implementation and evaluation of competition, awarding of prizes, market research, offering products and services, including sending information about events, products and other activities, as well as sending business communications by electronic means according to Act 480/2004 Coll. , inclusion in the database for direct marketing, sending personalized content according to the identified user preferences, including related profiling.
The data obtained in this way will be stored and processed for the time strictly necessary due to the above-mentioned purpose of processing, it is set for individual operations as follows: management and evaluation of the competition for the duration of the competition and 90 days thereafter. For other operations for an indefinite period, but no longer than until the withdrawal of consent.
The legal title is registration for the competition, resp. Agree to the competition rules and these principles.
Method of data processing
Processing takes place automatically and partially manually. The storage is electronic and paper, if this method is suitable for the given purpose.
In principle, BabyBeams collects only personal data necessary for specified purposes. BabyBeams does everything to continuously evaluate the processing, both in terms of proper security, minimization of personal data, but also in terms of transparency, correctness and legality.
BabyBeams adheres to the principles of liability, integrity, confidentiality, accuracy and storage restrictions.
Limited data transmission
BabyBeams may need to pass on your personal information to other companies in order to process your request; The list of companies is given below. It may also be necessary to pass on personal data to processors, ie external service providers for further processing. By consenting to the processing of personal data, as stated above, you agree to the transfer of data to third parties providing services in the form of processors. For example, service providers may be entrusted with the sending of product samples, the distribution of promotional materials, the conduct of competitions, the dispatch of goods, the distribution of advertising materials or other activities.
BabyBeams requires these entities to undertake to process personal data in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with the conditions for the processing of personal data.

Information stored automatically when you visit our website
Use of Cookies
We use cookies to obtain data on the use of the website, or to obtain information about the demographic data of users. A cookie is tiny textual information that can be stored on your computer. The cookie uses, among other things, Google Analytics. We also use cookies for text and graphic advertising in the network of third-party suppliers. Users can opt out of receiving third-party vendor cookies on the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) logout page.
Social network plug-ins
We use plug-in social networking modules on our website, zs. The "share" or "share with a friend" button of a Facebook provider whose site is operated on facebook.com by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Plug-ins are usually marked with the Facebook logo. In addition to Facebook, we use plug-in Twitter models (Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA), Pinterest (Pinterest Inc., 181 South Park Street, Suite 2, San Francisco, CA 94107 , USA).
We have no influence on the nature and extent of the data that is subsequently collected by social networks. For more detailed information on the purpose and scope of the collection and further processing and use of data by the relevant social networks and on your rights and setting options to protect your private space in this regard, please consult the privacy rules of the relevant social networks.
Login using social networks
When registering or logging in to a customer account on the babybeams.cz website, you also have the option to authenticate and register or log in using your current Facebook social network profile.
For this purpose, you will find on the registration / login page the relevant symbols of the individual social network providers supported by our website. Before connecting to the provider, you must explicitly confirm that you agree to the processing and transfer of the following data: name, surname, e-mail address and profile data.
Process list:
After clicking on the appropriate symbol, a new window (application) will open, in which you must enter your login details for the social network on which you have a profile. After a successful login, the social network informs you about the data that will be passed to us for the purposes of automation within the registration or login process. If you confirm your consent to the transfer of this data, then the data required for registration will be transferred to the appropriate fields. The information we use to register or log in is your name and email address.
After confirming your explicit consent to the use of the necessary transferred data, we will store your data and start using them for the purposes stated above. As part of the authentication process, there is no connection between the created customer account on the babybeams.cz website and your account in the relevant social network.
In order to perform the authentication or registration process, your IP address is passed on to the relevant social network provider. We have no influence on the purpose and scope of data collection and further use by the relevant social network operator. You can find more detailed information related to this issue in the personal data protection rules of the respective provider.
Instruction on rights according to the general regulation on personal data protection
Right to repair
You have the right to have the administrator correct inaccurate personal data or fill in the missing ones without undue delay.
Right of erasure ("right to be forgotten")

Right to data portability

The right to object
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you. The controller does not further process personal data unless it demonstrates serious legitimate reasons for the processing which outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms, or for the determination, exercise or defense of employment claims.
If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such purpose, which includes profiling. If you object to such processing, your personal data will no longer be processed for this purpose.

Automated individual decision-making, incl. profiling
You have the right not to be the subject of any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effects for you or similarly affects you in a similar way. The controller does not base any of its decisions solely on automated processing. The profiling performed by the administrator has no legal effect on you, nor does it significantly affect you.
Contact, request for information, withdrawal of consent, blocking, deletion
You may at any time request, free of charge, the partial or complete deletion of your personal data or the blocking, or request information about your personal data stored with us and request that this data be modified. It is not necessary to use any specific form for this purpose, you just need to contact us at the above contacts.
We will process all your requests without undue delay, in justified cases within a maximum of 30 days.
Withdrawal of consent to the sending of commercial communications will be processed without delay, no later than within 7 calendar days. You can also request that business communications be stopped at any one time in each individual business message.

Data security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, alteration or disclosure by any third party. The security procedures we use are regularly improved with regard to technological developments.
Updates and additions
We may supplement or update parts of this privacy statement without informing you in advance. Before using our website, always read the privacy policy to get information about the latest status after any additions or updates. BabyBeams is entitled to change the policy if necessary, but this does not affect the conditions of processing already agreed or started on the basis of another legal title.
