RETURNS:

The delivered goods do not suit you and you want to return them?

Take advantage of the possibility of returning the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. The condition is unused, undamaged goods with the original labels and packaging.

How to return the goods?

1) Fill in return form - PDF here.

2) Before sending the goods, send the form electronically to hello@babybeams.cz 

3) You can return the goods in two ways:

• Zasilkovna/Packeta - select any Zasilkovna/Packeta station. Report that you want to send the package to BabyBeams, s.r.o. using the identification number: 94517983. The operator of the delivery point will print a label for you, affix it to the package you are returning and will hand you a confirmation of receipt of the return. The price for this service is 99 CZK and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• If you want to return the shipment by courier, please contact hello@babybeams.cz. Enter "Return Shipment" and the order number in the subject line of the email. The price for this service is 99 CZK and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Returning money:

The amount for the returned goods will be refunded to you by the same payment method we received from you. The amount will be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods at our warehouse.
