Shipping policy

We usually prepare the goods ordered on our e-shop for dispatch within 3 working days of receiving the order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, we prepare the shipment for dispatch within 2 working days from the date of crediting the amount to our account. We ship the goods within a week at the latest. In the event that we are unable to meet this deadline, we will immediately inform the customer by phone or e-mail.
