What is BabyBeams Lounger and how is it used? 

Our BabyBeams Lougner is designed to help babies transfer into the big world. It gives your baby a feeling of security, provides a safe place to rest in and allows parents to take a breather. BabyBeams Lounger is perfect when you need a little break and still want to be close to your baby. You can use it when relaxing together on your bed, on the couch or when playing together. It's perfect to carry around the house.

Is BabyBeams Lounger safe? 
Safety is our priority since the first moment. We advise you to not leave the baby unattended and do not place the nest on unstable surfaces from which it could fall. See more at Safety instructionswhich we recommend you to read. 

When can I put a baby in the BabyBeams Lounger?
BabyBeams lounger is designed for babies from birth to about 7 months. 

How can I clean and wash the BabyBeams Lounger?
You can wash the lounger at 30 ° C and dry it on a delicate program. You can learn more about care in the section Care of products

Do I need a replacement cover?
You will automatically receive one cover of your choice for each BabyBeams lounger. Nevertheless, we recommend purchasing an additional cover just in case you need to wash one of them or if you're in the mood to change colors.

Can I pre-order a sold out product?
It is currently not possible to pre-order products.

Can I return or exchange a BabyBeams Loungert?
Yes, you can always return purchased products according to applicable legislation. See the section for more information Returned goods.

Does BabyBeams send its products abroad? 
We currently ship BabyBeams products to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other EU countries. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually prepare the goods ordered on our e-shop for dispatch within 3 working days of receiving the order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, we prepare the shipment for dispatch within 2 working days from the date of receiving the amount to our account. We ship the goods within a week at the latest. In the event that we are unable to meet this deadline, we will immediately inform the customer by phone or e-mail.
